Students of Barbara Garrett gain the benefit of a professor who knows what it takes to make it in her field. Garrett has ministered as a Pastor, a Youth Pastor, and both an Associate and Assistant Pastor in deaf churches. She is currently working to plant a non-traditional deaf church in the Twin Cities north metropolitan area.
