Chair of Pentecostal Preaching
What is the Chair of Pentecostal Preaching?
The Chair of Pentecostal Preaching is an exciting program established in Spring of 2002 in order to invite prominent preachers around the nation to North Central University to teach, model and mentor homiletics and pastoral skills to students. They will interact with our students and faculty in the classroom, on a personal basis and in chapel sessions. Students will also have the opportunity to visit the home churches of our guests and encounter their ministries on a personal level.
North Central University is dedicated to training church leaders for service in many capacities. The Chair of Pentecostal Preaching is part of that mission by offering our students the chance to study with preachers who have experience both behind the pulpit and in the international field. Our vision is that these visiting preachers will teach, mentor and nurture students to affect and change the world for Jesus Christ.
How can you help?
The Chair of Pentecostal Preaching will require startup costs and annual expenditures for ongoing support of the program. The Office of Advancement has established the Chair of Pentecostal Preaching fund to help support this new program. Your gift to this fund will help North Central University bring a new intensity of study to our premier homiletics program.
