NCU Magazine: Faculty
Dr. Amy Anderson, Professor in the Department of Bible and Theology, spent close to two months of this summer on cooperative work with the International Greek New Testament Project, a group of scholars who are producing a Greek edition of the Gospel of John that cites every ancient manuscript of John. In particular, Dr. Anderson assisted in the production of a database of Greek Patristic Citations by transferring the Johannine citations of the church father Origen, into electronic form.
Gary Dop, Assistant Professor in Communication Arts, had work recognized in various genres this summer. He sold a short-film, commissioned and optioned by Fearless Films, had two poems published in Whistling Shade, a literary Journal, had another poem accepted for publication by The New Formalist, which is also a literary journal and was accepted to present his poetry this fall at the University of South Dakota’s Writer’s Conference.
