Meadows is in his fourth year of coaching after running with the Rams for four seasons, and serving in his first season as men's head coach. In 2006 he led the Rams to their first NCCAA National Championship.

Trey is also in his seond year as Facility and Equipment Coordinator with the Athletics Department. He supervises workstudy and gameday staffing, as well as coordinating game operations, transportation schedules and intramural programming. Trey graduated from North Central in May 2004 with a degree in Mass Communications. He resides in Minneapolis, Minn.

Michelle Sieh will begin her 2007 campaign as one of two coaches in North Central history to win national championships in their first season as head coach after the Women's Cross Country team successfully defended their 2005 banner with another NCCAA national championship in 2006. Michelle served as an assistant coach two years, and served as the Sports Information Director for three years before deciding to stay home with her first child.

While a student at North Central, Michelle ran cross country and track for four years and played basketball for two years. She graduated from North Central with a Journalism degree in May 2004, and resides in Burnsville with her husband, Caleb, and her son, Cameron.
