Meadows is in his fourth year of coaching after running with the Rams for four seasons, and serving in his first season as men's head coach. He brings a depth of running knowledge to the Rams program and specializes in creating workout plans and strategies for individual runners.

Trey is in his second year as Facility Coordinator and first as Sports Information Director for the Athletics Department. He supervises workstudy and gameday staffing, as well as coordinating game operations, department media publications and intramural programming. Trey graduated from North Central in May 2004 with a degree in Mass Communications. He resides in Minneapolis, Minn.
