Women's Soccer Coaches
JAKE SMITH
HEAD WOMEN'S SOCCER COACH
Jake Smith is in his third year as head coach for the Women's Soccer team. He brings experience from both the playing and coaching realms, competing on the NCU men's team in 1993 and serving as Head Men's Soccer Coach in 1995 and 1996.
Jake is excited about the opportunity to develop the women's soccer program. He earned a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from North Central in 1994, and holds a M.A. from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. He resides in Saint Paul with his wife Michele, and children, Isaac and Sophia.
ALLISON MURPHY
ASSISTANT WOMEN"S SOCCER COACH
Allison is in her third year of assistant coaching with the NCU Women's Soccer program after playing for four years. She also played softball for the Rams and assisted on that coaching staff for the last two seasons.
Originally from Oregon, Allison has 12 years of experience as a player in both softball and soccer.
Murphy graduated in from NCU in 2006 and currently works in the North Central Student Student Development Department.
