Charging Textbooks to your Student Account
Who can charge, and what can be charged?
Any registered NCU student with a valid NCU student ID may charge textbooks (not general merchandise or apparel) on their campus bill. A picture ID (campus ID or driver's license) is required for all charges.
How does charging occur, and where does the billing go?
Transactions occuring today are verified at store closing and are sent to the NCU Student Accounts office for batch posting on the following business day. Charges of textbooks to your student account normally appear on student accounts within 24 hours.
Student Account statements are prepared on the 11th of each month, and will include charges and payments made during the last billing cycle. Statements will be made available to a student's campus mailbox, and/or home address by the 15th of each month. Payment is due by the first day of the following month.
Credit card payments are accepted at any time online via UNET.
Past due balances may be subject to a service charge of 1.33% each month.
Status of your specific financial aid award could affect this charge.
