Stewardship is managing with integrity the resources God has entrusted to us. Those resources include finances as well as nature. At times the two overlap so saving the planet can save us money.

Minimalism is the practice of obtaining and using less. Try the following steps in any area. Then when you’ve gained competence in one area, begin to live out these practices in another area. (Example: Clothing & Accessories, Vehicles, Furniture, etc.)

·        Determine to buy and use fewer things.

·        Take care of the things we already have.

·        Reuse, as much as possible.

These few changes may give you the ability to pay off loans quicker and increase your retirement savings for the future. It could make the difference in how you live now and later in life.

These are good practices for our spiritual life as well because it teaches us to be content. The Bible tells us that godliness with contentment is great gain!

HAPPY EARTH DAY!
