New Student Housing Application Process - Residence Halls (Fall)

The student housing application is a two-step process:

STEP 1:  Complete the online housing application form
STEP 2:  Submit housing deposit via online payment (debit/credit card, or electronic check)

Note: Your new student housing application will not be processed until the housing deposit is paid in full using North Central's secure online payment system.  (Payments cannot be accepted over the phone.)

Before you begin the process, have these items available:

We estimate the application and payment process can be completed in ten minutes or less.Type of meal plan you will wish to apply for:

  • 7 Meals/Week
  • 10 Meals/Week
  • 14 Meals/Week
  • 18 Meals/Week

Names of potential roommates

Method of submitting an online deposit payment:

  • Debit card,
  • Credit card, or
  • Electronic check (ACH)
