Staff & Faculty Emergency Notification Registration

After going to the above website, click on “Register Now.”

 

A registration page will appear,

  • Enter your NCU ID number in the CollegeStudentID: field.
    • For Staff & Faculty this will be your ID Number on the back of  your employee badge.
  • In the SchoolID field enter 5
  • Save or submit the page

 

 A “Create a Communication Account” page will appear,

  • In the primary phone field : enter your primary phone number usually a cell phone number.
  • Create a user name
  • Enter a password
  • Create a secret question
  • Save or submit the page

 

From there you can log-on to the webpage:

  • Add or edit contact methods
  • Edit user account
  • View recent announcements

 

To add Text Alerts to your account

  • Log-in
  • Select the Contact Info tab
  • A webpage will appear showing showing all the notification methods set up for you account
  • If the phone number where you want to receive text messages is not displayed
    • Select Add Contact
    • Fill out the information
    • Click on the This is a Mobile Phone box
    • Fill out the rest of the provider information
    • Select Text Message Notification for text messages
    • Select Phone Notification for a voice message
    • Both may be selected
    • Select Save
  • If the phone number where you want to receive text messages is displayed
    • Highlight the Phone method and select the Edit Contact tab
    • Click on the This is a Mobile Phone box
    • Fill out the rest of the provider information
    • Select Text Message Notification for text messages
    • Select Phone Notification for a voice message
    • Both may be selected
    • Select Save
