Mission
The purpose of the Community Life Department is to support the educational goals of North Central University by providing effective programming on our campus that addresses student needs by helping facilitate an environment that enables maximum student retention, growth and satisfaction.
Overview
The Community Life Department serves the educational goals of NCU by providing campus-wide programming that supports the mission of the school to develop Pentecostal leaders to serve in the world. Through student development and leadership programming, students receive effective opportunities to experience community life, develop leadership and ministry skills, and better understand diversity and the needs of the world around them.
All students will experience life in community through a variety of events which will encourage the development of relational skills, community participation and responsibility, and a healthy campus environment which will promote student success.

All students will receive an introduction to NCU’s philosophy of leadership and basic leadership principles, opportunities to serve in leadership and ministry roles on and off campus, and opportunities for ministry involvement in a variety of areas.
