Elliot East Apartments
The Elliot East Apartments are all studio style. Each apartment unit has a kitchen containing a refrigerator, stove, sink, and cupboard space. Elliot East apartments have a security entry system, exposed brick walls, high ceilings and one parking space per apartment unit.
Furnishings include:
- Kitchen space
- Track lighting
- Private bathroom
- Closet space for each student
All furniture must be purchased by the students. The university does not rent or provide furniture for the apartment.
The monthly rent includes:
- Water
- Trash/Sewer
- One parking space
**Electricity/heat isn't provided in the rent cost. An account is set-up through Xcel Energy**
The Elliot East apartments are located one block away from the main campus of North Central University. Once private condominiums, each unit has its own personal style. While all units have exposed walls, some have half walls, wood floors, and unusable fireplaces.
