We have an apartment a half block from North Central University and very close to the 5 busline. The dining room has a built-in buffet. There are a lot of windows throughout the apartment, and an air conditioner in the living room and bedroom. Cats are okay but we require an extra deposit. There is limited off-street parking, but it's usually first come first serve and the rental rate $30.00/month. We have a private backyard that the residents can use and the owner lives near by.
