Wallace Orfield Apartments
The Wallace Orfield Apartments are primarily efficiency or one-bedroom units. Each apartment unit has a kitchen containing a refrigerator, stove, sink, and cupboard space. Orfield Apartments have air conditioning, a security entry system, and voicemail service.
Furnishings include:
- Internet-ready computer network connections
- TV antenna connections
- Private bathroom
- Closet space for each student
All furniture must be purchased by the students. The university does not rent or provide furniture for the apartment.
The monthly rent includes:
- Water
- Trash/Sewer
- Heat
- Phone/Internet
**Electricity is not provided in the monthly rent cost. An account is set-up through Xcel Energy**
The Orfield apartments are located on the main of North Central University. They consist of five separate buildings and a few units have a great view of downtown Minneapolis. These apartments are not wheelchair accessible.
