John Phillipps Hall was built in 2000. Phillipps Hall is the only dormitory that North Central has built, and it is used for both student housing and classrooms.
John Phillipps Hall is home to two floors of male students and two floors of female students. All resident rooms are double occupancy. The bedrooms are arranged into 4, 6, or 8 person suites. A suite also includes a furnished living space and 1 or 2 bathrooms. Rooms are air conditioned, and the temperature is controlled within each suite. One central laundry facility is located on the first floor of the building. All rooms and suites have wireless and wired internet access.

The residents in each suite are responsible to clean the bathroom(s). Cleaning supplies and toilet paper are not provided by the University. Phillipps Hall is wheelchair accessible.
Phillipps Hall is located on the main campus of North Central University. It has a large commons area with wireless internet on the first floor.
