Dr. Jolene Erlacher believes in leader-guided collaboration to identify and capitalize on individual strengths and organizational opportunities. She brings a passion for empowered individuals, healthy teams, and successful organizations to her work. Jolene has leadership experience in the fields of ministry, missions, business and education. She worked for eight years at North Central University, specializing in leadership training, program development and personnel management. She holds a graduate certificate in International Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. Jolene's master's degree is in English and her doctorate is in Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. She is fluent in Spanish and has volunteered and studied in various countries including Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Kenya, and South Africa. She currently works as a trainer and consultant for Sync Leadership Development and is actively involved in her local church and community.
Jolene lives in Pinehurst, NC, with her husband, twin daughters, and their dog Rex. She enjoys reading, writing and drinking coffee.
