Justin met his wife, Jessica, at North Central University and were married in 2004. They have two young children, Toby and Savannah. Justin is licensed with the MN District of the Assemblies of God, and he and his family plan to work on the missions field in theological education.
Justin teaches a broad range of courses in the Old Testament and Hebrew, but specializes in the prophetical books. He also has interests in textual criticism, theodicy, literary theory, and Pentecostal hermeneutics. He has published articles and reviews in Vetus Testamentum, Expository Times, Lausanne World Pulse, and Enrichment Journal.
