About:

Quelle est votre matiere preferee? Professor Mayo would hope the answer to that question is one of the bible classes he teaches. Originally ordained in the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, Professor Mayo shares with his students his wide range of expertise. Just one of many experiences from his incredibly diverse background in ministry and teaching he brings to the classroom would include time he spent as a missionary in Paris, France. From his hometown in Chesapeake, Virginia, Professor Mayo has traveled to New England for ministry and to England and California for teaching positions.

Currently, he lives locally with his wife Jolene and son Josiah. Professor Mayo has been a Den Leader for the Boy Scouts, which allowed him to enjoy some of his favorite activities, such as camping and visiting national parks. When not playing video games with his son, he spends his time reading up on early American history or lost in a good C.S. Lewis or J.R.R. Tolkien masterpiece.
