A student must request in writing, any academic information to be released to him/herself or a second party. Requests will not be accepted by phone or by another party on behalf of the student. Faxed requests are accepted if the student's signature is included. Student requests for previous college transcripts are discouraged; NCU is not the maker of the record and cannot produce a professional, official copy of the document. The fee must accompany the request; we accept cash, check, or money order. It takes five to seven days to process a request. The time that the transcript takes to be mailed is not included in the process time.
