On the next page, click the "Submit Request" button on the top left-hand side
Select a category from the list of options
Narrow down your request and click the large green "Request Service" button on the right-hand side
Fill out the form and click the "Request" button at the bottom of the page
Watch for emails from “TeamDynamix” (the Service Desk software) and be sure to respond when we ask clarifying questions so we can keep the resolution process moving forward.
Is your request urgent? It’s okay to alert us by phone if you have submitted a ticket that needs immediate attention.
