Federal Stafford Loan Exit Counseling
If you have borrowed Federal Stafford Loans while attending North Central University, you are required to complete exit counseling when:
- You graduate from North Central University
- You withdraw or decide not to return to North Central University
- You take less than 6 credits during a regular fall or spring term

For a list of all federal loans you have borrowed at North Central University or any other colleges, go to www.nslds.ed.gov. You will need your FAFSA PIN to access your information. If you do not have a PIN, you can apply for one at www.pin.ed.gov.
You can obtain contact information for the loan servicers and or guarantee agencies that currently hold your federal student loans at www.studentclearinghouse.org/students (click on Loan Locator).
If you have problems with your lender, help is available. You may contact the Department of Education's Ombudsman's Office at (877)557-2575. The ombudsman is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and attempting resolution of student loan complaints.
Repayment information about any non-federal Alternative Loans that you borrowed can be obtained directly from the lender or guarantee Agency.
