Steps to Apply
Applicants should contact their high school counselor and request that an official copy of their high school transcript be forwarded to the Admissions Office. A 2.2 cumulative GPA is required for regular admission. GPAs below 2.2 can be considered for admission on a provisional basis. A final high school transcript must be sent after graduation. Students who have completed the GED must forward a copy of their scores to the Admissions Office.
ALL students must forward results from either the ACT (American College Testing) examination or the SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test). An ACT score of 18 or above (or an SAT total score of 850 or above) is required for regular admission.
Students with test scores below the standard may be considered for admission on a provisional status.
Transfer students who have not previously taken the ACT can complete and submit the ACT Waive Request form for North Central University to consider waiving their ACT or SAT admissions requirement. The student must meet the following criteria:
- All pieces of the applicant's file must be received. This includes the Application Form and fee, High School Transcript or completed GED, Pastoral Recommendation form, and Character Recommendation form.
- The student must submit all college transcripts and meet one the following criteria:
- Completed 20-30 College Credits: Minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA
- Completed 31-60 College Credits: Minimum 2.2 GPA
- College Degree Earned
Transfer students applying to North Central should submit official College Transcripts. Please complete your college's Transcript Request Form to have your transcripts sent to our Registrar's Office.
