Description of duties:
North Central University, Minneapolis, MN is looking for a full-time professor in the College of Ministry with experience and expertise in Pastoral Ministry. The University seeks to attract an active, experienced, and academically qualified faculty of the highest caliber. This position also includes responsibilities associated with direction and administration of The Center for Pastoral Ministries. Qualifications:
· Ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God or the Church of God in Christ preferred (Qualified and willing to be credentialed with the A/G required)
· Faculty candidates must meet the minimum faculty requirements of the Assemblies of God, the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, and the Minnesota State Department of Education
· D.Min. or Ph.D. is preferred. (M.Div., M.A. or equivalent degree and willing to work on an advanced degree required)
· Demonstrated leadership ability
· Active lead pastoral ministry experience
· Ability to teach using effective instructional methodology and pedagogy, including classroom technology competencies
· Administrative capabilities
· Basic office computer competencies
· Ability to speak in public setting
