NCU Alumnae Named Top Banker
Minneapolis, MN - North Central University Alumnae Bree (Viens) Williamson was announced as the top universal banker for sales production in the entire US Bank company for 2009. Williamson received her award at the US Bank awards banquet in Las Vegas, Nevada.
US Bank is the 5th largest bank in the country with over 3,000 branches, throughout 24 states. Out all of those branches Williamson was named as the top banker. At the end of 2009, Williamson was promoted from universal banker to small business specialist where she works strictly with business owners, and helps make financing their dreams a reality.

Williamson graduated with degrees in both Psychology and Youth Ministry, and is utilizing the tools she received at NCU to thrive in her current banking job. “I use my degree everyday...psychology is the study of dysfunctional people, and aren't we all dysfunctional,” said Williamson. “But when you're a banker, you're not just a banker, you're a dream maker. The dream maker idea comes from our CEO Richard Davis. But I really took that to heart when it came to working with customers and wanting to make life better for them!”
Her husband Jeremy is a youth pastor and NCU alum as well, and they have been married since last year. In addition to banking, Williamson travels and speaks at youth retreats, young adult retreats, and women’s retreats. Williamson also works with the NCU SIFE team on various projects, and will be leading a workshop on SBA financing for minority business owners in the Elliot park neighborhood.
