North Central names "Writer in Residence"
Inspiring his students to find their voice and develop their craft, NCU alumnus Gary Dop (1999) lives to encourage young writers. The title of "Writer in Residence" honors his accomplishes as a distinguished writer and poet.

Student Documentary Film Festival

Minneapolis, Minn. - April 16, 2012 - Doxa, the Greek word for "glory," is the first annual student documentary film festival at North Central University. The 2012 Festival takes place April 20 and is sponsored by the Department of Communication Arts within the College of Arts and Sciences and the NCU Film Collective, the student film club.

Regent's Scholarship Awarded
Minneapolis, MN- April 4, 2012- North Central University are proud to announce Courtney Strasburg as the 2012 Regent’s Scholarship recipient. The Regent’s Scholarship is a full-tuition renewable scholarship awarded to first-time entering freshmen each year, based on superior academic performance, references, and a written essay.

NCU Days Sets Record Attendance

April is Transfer Month

April is Transfer Month at North Central University. During the month of April, all transfer students who apply for admission will have the $25 application fee waived. In addition, transfer students who apply during April will receive expedited transcript evaluation and will be automatically entered to win one of six $500 scholarships.

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--- North Central University guard Nathan Roeder, who led the Rams in scoring and assists, headlines the 2012 All-Independent Men’s Basketball teams announced today by the Association of Division III Independents. Roeder, a junior from Hudson, Wis., averaged 22.1 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game.
