North Central University’s annual service event, Community Outreach Day, is September 13, 2011. Community Outreach Day involves NCU students, faculty, and staff, serving with various organizations on projects within the community. North Central University and NCU SIFE, in partnership with several local organizations, will also facilitate an event titled ‘Night to Unite'.
The College of Fine Arts at North Central University is proud to announce the release of One Accord’s (OA) latest album, ‘All the Earth’.
Featuring the talents of Jerrell Ayran, Zach Brose, Ben Leone, Brittany Lepard, Reba Schultz, Matthew Terrado and Steve Thomas, the All the Earth album contains 8 songs that invite others to join them in a time of worship and adoration for the Savior.
On April 28th, 2011, North Central University announced that a generous benefactor had come forward and agreed to partner with the university by providing the resources needed to continue the Deaf Studies program. Regretfully, the donor has recently notified North Central that they have chosen to withdraw their commitment to the university.
Dr. William (Bill) W. Menzies - Assemblies of God pastor, educator, missionary and author -- went to be with the Lord shortly past noon on August 15, 2011.
For more than 50 years, Bill served as a professor and administrator at the college and graduate school level.
Representatives from the Alumni Association, Admissions Office, the four colleges, and several other areas of North Central are heading to Phoenix, AZ for the Assemblies of God 2011 General Council & the National Fine Arts Festival youth event August 1st-5th.
Minneapolis, MN -During the 2011 spring semester North Central University announced the formation of four new Colleges and an Institute within the University to better support its program offerings and continued program growth. A process to select Deans commenced and involved seeking input from various audiences. North Central is excited to announce the Deans of each College & Institute.
Minneapolis, MN – For the second consecutive year North Central University had the distinct pleasure of hosting the Pure Worship Institute (PWI), June 19-24, 2011.
Over 120 students attended this year’s event that included seminars, workshops, jam sessions, and listening panels led by North Central Fine Arts Faculty members, and many skilled professionals.
