Dr. William (Bill) W. Menzies - Assemblies of God pastor, educator, missionary and author -- went to be with the Lord shortly past noon on August 15, 2011.
For more than 50 years, Bill served as a professor and administrator at the college and graduate school level.

Over 120 students attended this year’s event that included seminars, workshops, jam sessions, and listening panels led by North Central Fine Arts Faculty members, and many skilled professionals.
NCU alumnus Nick Kallies, ('10) was presented with the keys to a new car for an online video he created as part of a Dairy Queen contest on June 21, 2011. Kallies won a Mini Cooper Countryman for his video "Marshmallow now? Or Mini Blizzard Later."
North Central University will honor the 92-year legacy of Bethany University by offering support and assistance to the hundreds of students affected by the announcement that Bethany University would cease teaching operations for the 2011-2012 school year.
Staff members from North Central University fanned across the tornado-devastated portions of North Minneapolis on Friday, May 27, 2011. Working with faith-based Urban Homeworks the group of NCU staffers helped dispose of debris.
The North Central University Chorale performed at Carnegie Hall, as part of the Masterworks Series, May 18-22, 2011. The Chorale performed with a larger group under the direction of Dr. Bradley Elingboe in a performance of his Requiem.
