THE ROLE OF WORSHIP is of seminal importance to ministries today. Larry Bach can help church musicians, worship leaders and music pastors make sense of their worship styles and create a music ministry that is both energetic and reverent.

Bach is artistic director of the Fine Arts department of North Central University. He conducts the North Central Chorale, the university's premier choral ensemble, that ministers in churches, schools, and concert halls around the world. The Chorale is known for its excellence in a wide range of repertoire from traditional to urban gospel. Larry also leads Worship Live, the contemporary worship group that ministers at North Central's chapel services. Bach also has performed with and conducted professional choirs and ensembles. He says his most exciting professional moment was directing the North Central Chorale and other choirs at Carnegie Hall in New York City. He also serves as the Minnesota State Music Director for the Minnesota District of the Assemblies of God.

Using his experience as a chorale conductor, music pastor and performer in the U.S. and abroad, Bach brings professional insight into music performance and ministry. Bach is well-versed in creating performances that cross ethnic and generational lines, and he challenges singers and musicians to create a sincere sacrifice of praise when they perform.
