How many youth pastors have enough guts to climb to the top of Devil's Tower in Wyoming? How many are brave enough to preach in their pajamas? Using his courageous and humorous style, Dr. Tracy Paino brings life to his speaking engagements.

Dr. Paino is an advocate of the value of intentional leadership. He has conducted corporate leadership courses for companies such as 3M, General Mills, IKEA and Jenny-O. His own leadership skills can be seen not only in his work training future youth workers, but also during the rock climbing camps and trips he conducts.

Dr. Paino began his ministry as a youth pastor (10 years) and then as a senior pastor (5 years) in the Hoosier State. Serving NCU as a Youth Ministry Specialist since 1996, Dr. Paino is now the chair of the Student Ministries Department, Co-Director of the Center for Youth and Leadership and Associate Professor of Youth Studies.

Offering youth direction on salvation, relationships, God's will and making right decisions, Dr. Paino also brings great insight to youth leaders and pastors. Youth culture, intentional leadership and effective youth ministry are just a few of his pertinent topics.
