College of Arts & Sciences

The College of Arts & Sciences prepares students to lead and minister in the world. We offer a well-rounded liberal arts education and programs in communication, the humanities, and education, among others.

The School of Education is committed to producing teachers who are academically prepared for excellent teaching and who utilize the best pedagogical practices, model Christ-like character, and devote themselves to lifelong learning.

School of Social & Behavioral Sciences & Communication Arts

The School of Social and Behavioral Sciences & Communication Arts exists to provide a broad, theologically enlightened educational foundation for students entering the behavioral sciences and communication arts and prepare department graduates for further educational training and/or immediate employment in the field.

  • Department of Carlstrom ASL-Interpreting: North Central is the only Assemblies of God university to offer a major in interpreting and a minor in Deaf Cultural studies. The qualified faculty members prepare students to be experts in the field of interpreting, Deaf culture and American Sign Language (ASL).
  • Department of English and Communication Arts: The Department of English and Communications is committed to producing students communication professionals who can lead and ministry by reading closely, thinking critically, and communicating creatively from a bible-based worldview, and are well equipped to boldly navigate today’s media technology and understand its burgeoning power to shape human communication, culture, and the church.

The College of Business & Technology utilizes academic and experiential rigor to educate leaders in business knowledge, Christian character, and professional skills – our graduates are capable of leading organizations to innovate, grow, and deliver world-class results.

As one of the fastest growing business programs in the nation, we guide students in understanding the intersection of business and faith. School of Technology

The School of Technology prepares students for professional leadership roles in technology fields for various industries. Intentionally integrated with the School of Business, students embody a holistic understanding of the role of technology in any company and are able to bridge gaps that often exist between the two.

College of Fine Arts

The College of Fine Arts prepares passionate, spiritual leaders for careers and service in the fine arts. We offer programs in music, the music business, worship, recording, theatre, and more.

This school gives a deep dive into the Word of God for students pursuing a major in Biblical and Theological Studies.

School of Global Studies

The School of Global Studies prepares exemplary students to effectively research, communicate, live, and work in cross cultural settings. Students gain exposure to multiple worldviews, strategies to empower social relationships, relevant research tools, innovative approaches to intercultural communication, transformational teaching, mentoring, and community building. Through an intensive integration of theory and practice, students graduate equipped to serve and lead in diverse ethnic settings in the U.S. and throughout the world.

School of Pastoral Studies

This school equips students for ministry in youth, urban, pastoral roles, and more.

College of Graduate and Professional Education

The School of Graduate Studies prepares students to be leaders in their business, church, or mission field through the M.A. in Strategic Leadership or M.A. in Biblical Theology.
