International Students

Every year, students from around the world join our passionate, spirit-empowered community to follow their callings and pursue their goals. Right now, we have students from Austria, Canada, Vietnam, Trinidad and Tobago, Sweden, and Hong Kong.

Here’s how you apply:

Step 1 — Apply

You can apply online, or complete a paper application (pdf). There’s a $25 application fee.

Step 2 — Send your high school transcript or GED scores

Submit a Transcript Request Form (pdf) to your high school counselor and they’ll send us your official transcripts. A 2.2 cumulative GPA is required for regular admission. GPAs below 2.2 can be considered for admission on a provisional basis. You’ll also send a final high school transcript after graduation.

Students who have completed the GED need to forward a copy of their scores to the Admissions Office.

You can also submit unofficial or official transcripts via email to admissions@northcentral.edu.

Step 3 — Send your ACT or SAT scores

Forward your results from either the ACT or the SAT. An ACT score of 18 or above or an SAT total score of 850 or above is required for regular admission (the written portion isn’t required).

Are your test scores a little low? You can still be considered for admission on a provisional status.

Step 4 — Send your TOEFL exam scores

If English isn’t your first language, you’ll need to send us your scores on the English Certification Test (TOEFL). Information regarding the TOEFL can be found on the TOEFL website. A score of at least 61 for the internet-based test, 170 for the computer test, and 500 for the paper test is recommended for admission to North Central. This test is normally administered four times a year, so we suggest you make inquiry well in advance of the date you plan on applying to North Central.
