When is a degree, more than a degree?<\/h3>\n

When the degree has the power to change the world, like a Master\u2019s in Strategic Leadership degree<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re probably thinking\u2026 Yeah right, a degree is just a piece of paper that signifies you have taken a few classes. We get it.\u00a0There are a lot of degrees out there that are nothing more than a piece of paper, a Master’s in Strategic Leadership is different.<\/p>\n

And a Christian leadership degree<\/a> doesn’t just give you vocabulary about the world of leadership. It will equip you to see organizations and businesses in a different light so that you can make an impact on the world.<\/p>\n

Here are three reasons why a Master\u2019s in Strategic Leadership can truly change the world:<\/h2>\n

  1. Learn how to have followers not just a position<\/strong>
    \nLeadership is about influencing the lives of others, NOT about holding a position of authority. Leadership is saying and doing the right thing at the right time. You do this long enough and people begin to trust your decision making and become followers of your leadership.The question is, do you know how to make the right decisions?     \nWhat\u2019s the difference between a thermostat and a thermometer? They both gauge the temperature of an environment; however the thermostat sets the climate, while the thermometer simply states it.True leaders do not allow the environment to dictate who they are, rather, they effect those around them thus setting the direction for the organization.
