Position Purpose
A growing College of Business and Technology is seeking a faculty member with expertise in Sports Management. Candidates with a passion to develop students and guide the program to national recognition are encouraged to apply.
Duties include teaching undergraduate courses, curriculum development, advising and mentoring students, departmental and institutional committee work, and relevant scholarly activity. Determination of Rank and Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience
- U.S. citizen; all courses are face-to-face residential
- PH.D. in Sports Management preferred; Masters in Sports Management or related discipline required
- Industry experience and previous college teaching experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Committed to biblical integration in and out of the classroom
- Deep commitment to team development
- Effective pedagogical practices, with an ongoing willingness to grow and develop
- All faculty members are expected to be committed Christians, model a consistent Spirit-filled life, be considerate of the Fundamental Truths of the Assemblies of God, be a member in good standing of their local church, and abide by the Community Life Standards of the University.

- Evidence of teaching ability and scholarship
