TERRY PARKMAN
Terry is the NextGen Pastor at River Valley Church as well as the Director of River Valley Leadership Institute. His heartbeat is for this “emerging generation” of youth and young adults and helping them to discover their purpose, developing them as leaders, and empowering them to step out into the plan of God for their lives. He lives in the Minneapolis-metro area with his wife Christina and his two daughters Avalie and Nova.
SCOTT HAGAN
Scott Hagan, Ph.D, is the seventh president of North Central University. He began this role in June 2017, following a highly successful career as a church planter and pastor. He is author of six books and more than 60 articles on leadership, influence, and biblical application including his most recent book, “On Call Heroes: A Tribute to Those Living on the Front Lines.” He lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Karen. The Hagans have four married children and ten grandchildren.
DR. ALLEN TENNISON
Dr. Allen tennison has taught theology and church history at the undergraduate and graduate level since 2004 and served in pastoral ministry for over fifteen years. He has authored articles on pentecostalism and pneumatology. His forthcoming book, logic of the spirit, addresses the development of the doctrine of the holy spirit in early pentecostalism. His wife, Rhonda Tennison, serves as an Assemblies of God missionary to children at risk in both Los Angeles and the Twin Cities area.
VINCE PARKER
Vince Parker serves as the Central Ministry Leader for Switch, the youth ministry at Life.Church. With more than 12 years on the Life.Church team, he uses his pastoral experience and eye for excellence to lead a team of more than 50 youth pastors across 11 states. He is passionate about seeing students and leaders live out the calling that God has placed on their lives. Vince and his wife, Melissa, live in Oklahoma City with their daughter, Adriana.
JON RUSH
Jon is the Ballantyne Youth Pastor + Gaming Director at Elevation Church and has served there for 3 years. Prior to his work at Elevation, he served at City First Church in Rockford, Illinois as their Youth Pastor for 10 years. Jon is married to his wife Amanda, together they raise a 3-year-old daughter named Selah, and their second child Zariah was born just this fall! Jon is also the founder and leader of one of the world’s first gaming ministries @ythnationgaming. Jon preaches, teaches, coaches and consults youth and young adult pastors who are looking to use video games, social media and technology for ministry or missions.
EDGAR AND COURTNIE AGUILAR
Edgar is a worship leader at Elevation Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He leads the worship team at the Riverwalk campus every weekend and him and his wife Courtnie lead the translation team that helps Elevation Worship release their songs in Spanish. Their desire is to share the songs of this generation all over the world. Edgar and Courtnie currently reside in Rock Hill, South Carolina
GRANT DIAMOND
Grant Is A digital missionary and Twitch Partner for Church Eleven32. Grant uses his platform on Twitch to share the gospel of Christ to youth. He has a passion for sharing the gospel of Christ through full time streaming. He currently lives in Texas with his wife and two kids.
GREG BASCH
Greg is the Campus Pastor of Elevation Church in Winston-Salem. Greg and his wife Kristin have been a part of Elevation Church for more than seven years and were on staff at the Elevation Concord location before relocating to launch Elevation Winston-Salem.

A Fortnite Shoutcaster and CEO of www.prac.gg, Collazo has become a well-known and sought-after esports commentator. He is also the brains behind the Fortnite Practice and Open Scrim servers, used daily by the top Fortnite professionals.
KWAME ANKU
Kwame Yao Anku is the CEO of Black Star Fund and is the founder of Black Star Fund Enterprises, an international business development and strategic growth consulting group.
TOMMY DEUSCHLE
Tommy Deuschle is a born and bred Zimbabwean pastor passionate about seeing the story of Jesus write the story of this generation. He is one of the founders of The Sweet Economy, a decentralized economic movement that incentivizes biblical culture in commerce, and empowers kingdom communities. Tommy has consulted for national branding projects, globally recognized companies and helped lead local transformation movements. He recently started Artisan Tribe, a diverse community in sub Saharan Africa which has grown and shaped multiple award winning teams in film, media and music. As a WEF Global Shaper Alumni and ZNCC (Zimbabwe Chamber of Commerce Award Winner) Tommy is a sought after communicator and speaks to youth audiences across Africa and US about the power of Collective Vision and United Narrative.
BECKY JOHNSON
Becky Johnson is the Executive Pastor of Jesus Culture Sacramento, where she served as the Youth Pastor for seven years. She has a desire to see young people encounter the extreme love and power of God that changed her own life in a radical encounter she had as a teenager. Becky attended three years of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry before she began working with Jesus Culture in 2010. She and her husband, Jesus Culture artist and Worship Pastor, Derek Johnson have three children and live in Northern California.
JEFF GRENELL
After 4 decades of Youth Leadership, Jeff Grenell founded ythology to inspire, educate, and resource youth leaders to prepare the Next Gen to lead in the Church and the world. He Is now leading the Nex Gen initiative at North Central University.
