Meet Dr. Doug Graham, esteemed Interim President, whose journey is marked by a rich tapestry of experiences. With a master’s degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and a D. Min from Bethel Seminary, Dr. Graham brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role. His association with NCU spans years of dedicated service, evident through his contributions on the Alumni Board and the Board of Regents.
Dr. Graham’s distinguished career in ministry has seen him shepherd congregations in both North Dakota and Wisconsin. His arrival at NCU in 2014 as the Vice President of Spiritual Life marked a significant turning point. Over time, he ascended to the position of Dean of the College of Church Leadership and Special Advisor to the President. His influence extended beyond campus boundaries as he assumed the role of Assistant Superintendent of the Assemblies of God in Minnesota. Meanwhile, he continued to impart his expertise by teaching various courses in leadership and ministry at NCU.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Graham’s personal life is equally inspiring. Married to Vicki since 1984, their journey has been blessed with four children—all of whom are NCU’s alumni as well! The circle of family has widened to include 10 cherished grandchildren.
The Board of Regents appointed Dr. Graham as Interim President last spring, a role he assumed in June. His leadership will ensure smooth operations and build upon the stable foundation for the NCU of tomorrow.
Dr. Graham’s passion lies in cultivating the next generation of spiritual leaders, individuals poised to leave an unforgettable impact on the Church and the world at large.
