About the Alumni Assocation

alumnus \a-'lum-nus\ n, 1 : one who has attended or graduated from a school, college or university The NCU Alumni Association was organized by graduates who recognized that their alma mater needed their support to flourish. The Alumni Association defines an alumnus as: 1) a graduate; 2) a faculty or staff member who has served one or more years; 3) a student who attended at least a year.

In 2006, the NCU Alumni department made a move from the University Advancement department to the University Relations department and added the Church Relations component. This was done to build strong relationships between NCU and its alumni, as well as NCU’s extended constituents, to provide improved services for personal, social and ministerial development.
The Alumni Association of North Central University is committed to the mission of the University, which is found in Ephesians 4:11-12. Viewing NCU as a vital force in fulfilling that mission, the Association exists to support the spiritual, academic, intellectual, recruitment, and placement interests and goals of the University.

Scott Lindner is the Director, serving as a liaison between the association and the University.
The North Central University Alumni Office is located in Miller Hall, on the South end of the first floor in the remodeled Student Services wing.
