About

Jolene grew up as a missionary kid in Latin America. She is a next gen researcher, speaker, and consultant, and the author of several books. After completing her doctorate in leadership and her dissertation on Millennials in ministry, Jolene started Leading Tomorrow (leadingtomorrow.org) to help equip organizations and churches to better engage the next generation. She currently lives in central North Carolina with her family.
