About
George has over 20 years of experience in change management, international operations, and strategic planning, with a focus on empowering people and organizations to achieve their full potential and to make a positive impact in the world. He holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration, as well as a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs. As the Chief Development Officer at Haiti Teen Challenge, he led a dynamic development team that has overcome the challenges of gang violence, business and non-profit closures, and political instability to deliver transformative results in Haiti. He has developed processes in the areas of transparency, accountability, key performance indicators, staff and organizational growth. He has also launched the first Haitian-led Master’s of Strategic Leadership program, which grew from 11 to 180 students in a year. As an Adjunct Professor at North Central University, he teaches graduate classes in leadership, ethics, and Cultural Intelligence (CQ), a skill that he has mastered and applied in his diverse and intercultural-cultural work settings. He has also received multiple honors for his humanitarian and social development work in Mongolia, where he was the first foreigner to complete doctoral work in the country’s history.’
