I love Business Administration because the small class sizes allow for personal relationships to be built with my professors who care about my growth and potential. The business program helps students directly transition into the professional environment and helps to open up opportunities in various fields post-college.”

Why Study Business Administration at NCU?
We prioritize active learning, so NCU students are getting more experience before graduation. This leads to more competitive internship preparation and, ultimately, more career options. On our small, community-focused campus, every student is seen and educated as a member of God’s Kingdom with a calling, personal interests, and talents.
Every professor brings to the classroom exceptional business experience. In addition to having successful careers prior to teaching, our business professors are still actively engaged in the real world as consultants or business owners. This makes a difference in what is taught in NCU business classrooms.
You’ll complete 62 core major credits and three credits from each of these course categories: Accounting and Finance, Business Law, Business Management, Marketing, and Project Management.
Students may choose to minor in Business Administration, paired with another major.

FAQs
Is a B.S. in Business Administration worth it?
If you’re wondering if you will get a good return on your investment after graduation, the answer is yes. While individuals can’t control the economy or plan for every career possibility, a bachelor’s degree in business administration is well respected across industries, and it’s usually expected for entry-level and mid-level positions in business, finance, or marketing.1
With a degree, you’ll be a more competitive candidate in business-related job markets, as well as for positions that require transferable skills, such as project management, communication, and managerial experience.
How does NCU integrate faith with business administration?
In every industry or career, Christians live our faith and model Christ’s love to everyone around us. That’s why at NCU, we integrate spiritual formation and biblically informed practices in every course, including business.
You’ll learn with Christian faculty who want to see you succeed as a responsible, ethical leader in today’s marketplace. They’ll encourage you to grow in your faith and build business skills that mirror Jesus’s respect and kindness toward others as well as the excellence we’re called to pursue for God’s glory.
Can I take some of the courses online and some in person?
The business administration degree is offered in two formats, online and on campus. Students enrolled in the residential (on-campus) program may take some of their classes online. Students enrolled in the online program must take all of their courses online and do not have the option of completing part of their program on campus. This helps simplify the tuition rate, financial aid, and housing planning. We recommend discussing the options with an admissions counselor to help you determine whether the on-campus or online business administration degree is the best fit for you.
