Program faculty are rigorous scholars and leaders in their faith communities, eager to mentor students through research and real-life application.

Courses and capstone projects build on timely research in group and interpersonal leadership to ensure students provide effective and compassionate spiritual formation in their Christian community.

Spiritual formation is dynamic and relational, and students can start ministering before graduation and complete a capstone project based on extensive research.

The professional and personal development you’ll gain while pursuing a master’s in spiritual formation can prepare you for diverse roles in leadership, crisis management and response, and non-clinical counseling.
