Each online course takes 8 weeks to complete, and you can take multiple courses at once to accelerate your pace and graduate on your timeline.

A master’s in strategic leadership opens many career paths to you, including managerial and executive positions, as well as ministry and consulting. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job outlook for management positions across disciplines is projected to grow faster than the national average between 2024 and 2034. Most of these roles require at least a bachelor’s degree, while some expect post-graduate degrees.1

Similarly, executive positions are projected to grow by 4% and stay in high demand in the same ten-year time.2 These positions offer similar compensation, with an average between $105k and $122k annually.
