Live Out Your Calling and Your Faith

Nous sommes les Ingénues aux bandeaux plats, à l’oeil bleu, qui vivons, presque inconnues, dans les romans qu’on lit peu.

The best way to see what North Central is all about is to experience it yourself. Whether you want to connect from afar or visit our campus in person, we offer many opportunities for you to start picturing yourself as part of the NCU community.

At North Central University, the Bachelor of Science in Social Work program is our commitment to serve God and humanity in action. Seasoned faculty mentors share their unique professional experiences, and students gain preparation to realize their calling to serve in a meaningful, in-demand career.

Our B.S. in Social Work program is based on the requirements of the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and aligned with the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics. Students graduate with the skills to advocate for their communities and clients, identify and address social systems of inequity and injustice, and lead effective interventions with Christ-like compassion.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that demand for social work and related roles will grow by up to 10% by 20341, creating thousands of roles, such as:
School Social Worker

  • Substance Abuse Counselor
  • Hospice and Elder Care Social Worker
  • Policy Analyst
  • Child Welfare Specialist
