About
Dr. Bethany Peters, founder of The Leadership Coaching Lab in the St. Louis area, where she work with leaders and teams through coaching, facilitation, and work with frameworks like CliftonStrengths, Working Genius, EQ-i 2.0, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Her work as an educator and coach is rooted in a deep curiosity about how people grow into their fullest leadership capacity, which is also what drew her to teaching in this strategic leadership program. Outside of work, Dr. Peters’ life is full and grounded by her family, friends, her church community—where she leads a small group focused on practical leadership—and her three boys. Dr. Peters loves being outdoors and recharges through time in nature, whether that’s walking, hiking, or biking. She also loves learning new cultures, trying new foods, drinking tea, and reading.
