Dr. Gina Pell has been so blessed by the plan God made for her and by the opportunities and people that guided her to NCU. Dr. Pell is a believer in lifelong learning and enjoys working with students to build their confidence, help them embrace curiosity, and develop their self‑awareness through experiential and human‑centered learning. Her career spans both education and corporate leadership, shaped by mentors, colleagues, and community experiences that strengthened her commitment to helping others grow. Outside of work, Dr. Pell enjoys family time, reading, reflective writing, and faith‑centered learning that continues to shape her purpose for helping others feel seen, supported, and capable of contributing something meaningful to the world.
