Find 1098-T Tax Forms
Instructions:
- Please go to Heartland.ecsi.net and click on the Tab “Find your Tax Document” Once here you will be prompted to sign up for an account with Heartland.
- Once you have successfully logged into your created account, navigate to your “Home” Tab where you will now need to connect your Heartland Account to your Profile.
- Once on the “Home” tab click on the “Connect an Account” tile.
- On the right side of the page, enter your Heartland Key and click the Continue button.
- If you have not previously set up your account to receive an emailed 1098-T or don’t remember your Heartland Key you can you the tool on the right side of the screen to recover this key. Please use the zip code that is assigned to your priority address. If you home zip code does not work try “55404” which is North Central’s zip code.
- Once connected, from the “Home” Tab you can click on the “North Central University” tile to view your Tax Document.
