Manage Your Financial Aid and Payments
Consider this your hub for navigating your student account at North Central University. Student accounts hold your financial information, including financial aid offers, billing, and payments. Paying for college can feel daunting, so we want to make the process clear and intuitive.
Access Your Account
Students can look up account balances, access statements, pay bills, manage e-refunds, and more by logging into Skyline and following this pathway Skyline > Colleague > Student Finance. The Student Finance page contains the current semester’s charges, financial aid, and any balance owed. Any changes that are made to a student’s account are updated in real time, so you can always view an accurate balance.
Make a Payment
Online Payments
Students can pay using a credit card or their checking or savings account through our online payment center, Touchnet.
Go to Skyline> Colleague > Student Finance > Make a Payment > Payment Center.
Cash and Check Payments
Students can bring cash or check payments to the Student Financial Services office at Suite 100, Miller Hall to pay in person.
Alternatively, mail check or money order payments to:

To ensure proper and timely processing, checks must include:
- Paid to the order of North Central University
- Student’s first and last name
- Student ID number
- The term to which the payment will be applied (ie. fall 2020)
Find your student information at Skyline > Colleague > Student Finance > XXXX Term > View Statement.
You can also make payments by wiring funds or through international bank drafts. Contact us for instructions.

Important Dates for 2026-2027
June 8, 2026 – Fall billing is now live and account balances and financial aid information can be viewed on Skyline.
July 1, 2026 – Ram Plan, North Central’s payment plan, enrollment opens.
August 1, 2026 – To avoid late fees, have all alternative loans applied by this date.
August 12, 2026 – Final Payment Deadline
Augsuts 26, 2026 – Initial $100.00 late fee will be applied to the student’s account for late payment.
Please stay up to date with your NCU email and all communications about dates and deadlines. All student accounts are expected to be paid in full or covered by financial aid and/or a payment plan on or before the financial clearance date each semester.
Students who do not meet the financial clearance deadline or are late on their payment plan payment(s) may be subject to penalties. For more information about financial policies related to delinquent accounts, visit our policies page.

NCU Fees
Various student fees support essential functions at NCU and help keep your experience here a positive one. You may see these appear in your student account. This is what each fee means:
Student Services and Activities Fee
Covers computer and web services along with services that help students maintain a well-balanced lifestyle. The Student Services and Activities fee funds internet and wireless access, email and voicemail, computer labs and classrooms, and online registration and grades. This also funds support services, such as academic support, counseling, access to the fitness center and professional training, intramural sports, and other wellness activities.
Parking or Bus Pass Fee
Covers either on-campus parking for either residential or commuting students or a discounted Student Bus Pass. Parking is given on a first applied, first served basis. Applications for both parking and bus passes can be found through Skyline.
Past Due Payment Fee
Assessed when there is an unpaid balance remaining on a student’s account after the payment deadline has passed. Please see the late payment penalties schedule for more details.
Late Rent Payment Fee
Assessed when a rent payment has not been made before the 6th of the month. The late rent fee is $30.
Program Fee
Program fees vary by program and are charged every semester to fund your specific degree program.
Online Course Fee
Assessed when a traditional undergrad student registers for an online course.
Ram Plan Dates
Fall Ram Plan Payments
- Opens July 1
- Closes September 9
- Optional down-payment will reduce the amount of the remaining payments.
- Payments auto-withdraw on the 10th of each month.
- 5-month plan: August to December
Spring Ram Plan Payments
- Opens December 1
- Closes February 9
- Optional down-payment will reduce the amount of the remaining payments.
- Payments auto-withdraw on the 10th of each month.
- 4-month plan: January to April
Summer Ram Plan Payments
- Opens April 1
- Closes May 9
- Optional down-payment will reduce the remaining payments.
- Payments auto-withdraw on the 10th of each month.
- 3-month plan: May to July.
