About
Alaina Presley brings over a decade of experience serving individuals and families across nonprofit leadership, healthcare, and behavioral health. Since becoming a mental health therapist in 2023, she has worked in community mental health, crisis services, inpatient behavioral health, and outpatient therapy, helping clients navigate trauma, substance use, grief, life transitions, and emotional challenges.
Outside of the therapy room, Alaina loves spending time outdoors hiking, going to church, getting lost in a good book, traveling, and making memories with her husband and their two boys.
