About
Dr. Amy has managed a dairy farm, worked for a large animal vet, spent 9 years as a missionary in Germany, and then there are the 22 years at NCU. Rather than retiring, she “repurposed,” with a focus on teaching the Biblical Literacy Project in churches and groups, continuing her academic research, and spending time with her two grandsons. She loves reading detective novels while snuggling with a cat, as well as working in her garden.
