About
Demetrius A. Chester is a strategic operations leader, adjunct professor, board member, and ordained minister with experience across financial services, healthcare, higher education, and ministry. He currently serves as Director of Operational Shared Services at Portico Benefit Services, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, and Adjunct Professor at North Central University. Demetrius is passionate about leadership, organizational excellence, faith-based service, and helping people and institutions operate with greater clarity and purpose. He and his wife, Nyre, are the proud parents of two daughters, Aubrey and Zoë. Outside of work and ministry, he enjoys reading, preaching, teaching, spending time with family, and exploring the intersection of faith, leadership, and community impact.
