Flexible Work Arrangements – New

2019-09-12 – New university policy governing non-standard and flexible work arrangements.

Whistleblower Protection – New

2019-09-12 – New university policy to encourage university community members to make good faith reports of misconduct without the fear of retaliation.

Nepotism and Personal Relationships – New

2019-09-12 – New university policy to manage instances of nepotism and personal relationships so that these situations do not result in conflicts of interest and situations that might impair objective judgment or create a hostile work environment.

Conflicts of Interest and Commitment– Revised

2019-07-11 – Significant revision and expansion of old Conflict of Interest policy. New procedures for implementation.

Student Refunds – Revised

2019-06-13 – Significant revision to existing refund policy.  New refund schedule adopted.

Discretionary Leave – Revised

2019-04-18 – Significant revision to existing discretionary leave policy.  This better clarifies the university’s compliance with the City of Minneapolis Sick and Safe Time Ordinance (Ord. No. 2016-040, § 1, 5-27-16).
