Get real world experience while studying for a Psychology degree

Why study psychology at North Central University?

By studying psychology at North Central, you’ll learn about human behavior, brain function, emotional processes, and research methods used to understand and support mental health. We prepare students to put these theories and research methods into practice. Students can choose between a generalist and clinical track to further focus in the field of Psychology.

Classroom Experience That Matters

Because we do what we do with active learning, our graduates are getting a ton more experience early on, which leads to greater internship opportunities, and ultimately greater career choices. Due to our smaller campus size, every student is seen (not lost in a crowd) and provided the chance to make awesome connections.

Every professor brings to the classroom exceptional psychology experience. In addition to having wildly successful careers prior to teaching, our psychology professors are still actively engaged in the real world as psychology experts. This makes a huge difference in what is taught in North Central University classrooms.
